Roller Coaster, anyone?

Enjoying the recent Stock Market Roller Coaster Ride? I'm not! However, I'm so glad I've diversified well over the past several years. Real Estate is the BEST "other option". Within Real Estate there are several options to smooth out the ride.

Remember when your parents invested in CD's (Certificates of Deposit)? Remember the rates/returns they got from them? Google that. You will be surprised. There are many good reasons for steady annuity-type returns in a portfolio. When you can get a steady 8% on your money . . there are even more reasons.
