Most Private Equity Investments have a minimum investment of $25,000 with a targeted annual return between 10-20% over a 4-10 year window. Mortgage Note Investing is offered for a steady 8% annual return. We believe in Cash-Flow, NOT Flipping, but will always take the best return option available.
