Yayyy . . Loan for 9th Street approved today. There are certain big milestones with each project . . Signing an LOI, Signing a Contract, Closing on the Property . . Loan Approval would be one of those, roughly in that order! So, what's next? Finalizing Architecture, Engineering, City Permits, then . . Construction! Watch for this one to be much quicker than Melba while having less expense (due to leveraging Melba Stuff!) and higher sales revenue! How's that sound?
