Joe Palmer
Joe is an experienced real estate investor, syndicator, and founder of Consilium Capital Group ("CCG"). Joe's Real Estate Investing career began in 2000 as a limited partner on a commercial property in Grapevine, TX. Since then he has continued to invest his before tax funds as an LP while leading and syndicating several deals for his own cash & IRA, and that of family and close friends as the GP.

With each deal growing larger, along with CCG's reputation, Joe has expanded CCG to include additional investors and a broad range of Real Estate investment opportunities, including Mortgage Notes in 2019.
Joe and CCG are now recognized resources for Real Estate business valuations, deal structuring, acquisitions, and operations. Being sought-out frequently, Joe has now added education, consulting, and mentoring to CCG's growing list of Services.

Joe has an MBA from Baylor University and a BS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In order to focus fully on CCG, Joe recently retired from a 26 year career with Verizon (formerly GTE) where he led Sales, Marketing, and Product Management Teams for many of Verizon's top technical products.
