Another Mortgage Note!

Congratulations to the CCG "Participants" who recently joined me investing in the "Kerens, TX Note". We completed all the Paperwork and Wires today and Officially OWN THE NOTE! (oh yeah Note Investors are "Participants", per my attorney and accountant . . that is for another Blog or Zoom Class!)

The Note is with a Single Dad with a good job and Two Teenagers on a great little house in Kerens, TX, which is a GREAT little town! We have a great return and low risk. I'll buy Notes like that all day long . . Looking HARD for more!

Like I mention above, a BUNCH of Legal, Structure, and Accounting Learnings on this one because we improved all of the above through deep discussions and research on all fronts. Turns out, most of the Industry is "doing things the hard way". We have found multiple ways to streamline the entire process and documentation procedure. So, now, CCG can do it faster and easier for you! Oh yeah, and the last "Default Rate" I've seen from our Servicer is well under 1.9% . . IT'S GOING DOWN!

Lastly, the entire process from finding the Note, reviewing Underwriting, meeting on Zoom Meetings to discuss, purchasing and closing the Note, and setting up the Servicer and our Accounts IS ENTIRELY VIRTUAL/ONLINE . . Therefore, completely Covid-19 compliant/safe. This is the perfect Investment for right now!
